Shipping costs

• Netherlands: standard shipping with Track & Trace for € 5.95. Free shipping on orders from € 150.
• Other countries in the European Union: € 12.95.
• Outside the European Union we don't ship at the moment.

The shipping costs are always shown in the overview before you pay.

Delivery time

We ship your order within 1–2 working days. Within the Netherlands your parcel then usually arrives within 1–2 days, in Belgium and Germany within 2–5 days. Other EU countries can take a little longer.

Shipping and Track & Trace

As soon as your order is on its way, you receive an email with a Track & Trace link, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Pre-orders ship as soon as the product arrives at our store.

Damaged or missing parcel?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Is something damaged, or has your parcel not arrived after a few days? Contact us at info@mistcards.com and include photos of any damage. We will sort it out together.

Grading

For a grading request you pay € 7.50 if we have your cards delivered to your home after grading (within the Netherlands only), or € 3.00 if you pick them up at the store. How to hand in your cards is explained on the Grading page.
